No, flipping is not necessary. We suggests rotating the mattress 180 degree for the mattress to perform at its best.

If needed, you may wipe clean with water and mild detergent. Air dry only. For compressed memory foam mattress, you may carefully unzip and remove the outer cover and send for dry cleaning if needed. However, we suggests you engage with professional cleaner. All works of cleaning are done at your own risk only.

Yes, our compressed mattress comes with a 10-years limited warranty from the date of purchase and date of collection in the event of own collection. This warranty is not transferable and only cover the original purchaser who continues to be the owner of the product. For more details, please check here.

Our mattresses including compressed mattress are compatible for most bed frames and divan bases including slatted base, box divan, adjustable base, and even on the floor. Please be informed that the firmness might be different according to the types of base used (i.e. Sleeping on a floor base might feel firmer compared to a slatted base). Hence, for best sleep experience, we suggests using on solid flat base.
